\u00dcLKE genelinde y\u0131ll\u0131k yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 bin ton olan leblebi \u00fcretiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 70’i Denizli’nin Serinhisar il\u00e7esinden kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Denizlili \u00fcreticiler, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l \u00fcrettikleri 35 bin ton leblebinin 4 bin 500 tonunu 14 \u00fclke pazar\u0131na g\u00f6ndererek 24 milyon dolar d\u00f6viz geliri elde etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bu geleneksel lezzeti son y\u0131llarda farkl\u0131 soslarla birle\u015ftirerek 45 \u00e7e\u015fit \u00e7erez geli\u015ftiren \u00fcreticiler, bir yandan yeni pazarlara girmek di\u011fer yandan \u00f6zellikle diyet yapanlar\u0131n bu \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ke\u015ffetmesi i\u00e7in tan\u0131t\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AA muhabirine a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Denizli Ticaret Borsas\u0131 Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130brahim Tefenlili, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l kentten yap\u0131lan 4 bin 500 ton ihracat\u0131n bu y\u0131l\u0131n 9 ay\u0131nda ise bin 900 ton oldu\u011funu, y\u0131l\u0131 bir miktar y\u00fckseli\u015fle kapatmay\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00fcrk leblebisini en \u00e7ok 809 tonla Tunus’un t\u00fcketti\u011fini, Yunanistan, \u0130spanya, \u0130srail ve ABD’nin de \u00f6nde gelen pazarlar aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Tefenlili, “Serinhisar’daki Leblebiciler Sitesi’nde ge\u00e7en y\u0131l 27 bin 500 ton, bu y\u0131l\u0131n 9 ay\u0131nda ise 16 bin 700 ton leblebi sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. D\u0131\u015f piyasaya g\u00f6nderdi\u011fimiz leblebinin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu Tunus’a gitti. Bizim leblebimizin tad\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok sevdiler.” dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PROTE\u0130N KAYNA\u011eI<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serinhisar’da leblebi \u00fcretim kapasitesinin 150 bin ton oldu\u011funu, bunu ihracatla daha fazla de\u011ferlendirmek istediklerini dile getiren Tefenlili, i\u00e7 piyasa t\u00fcketiminin ise istenen h\u0131zda geli\u015fmedi\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00d6zellikle sar\u0131 leblebinin t\u00fcketimini art\u0131rmak istediklerini dile getiren Tefenlili, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hi\u00e7bir katk\u0131 maddesi konulmadan \u00fcretilen bir \u00fcr\u00fcn. Leblebiyi diyet men\u00fcleri i\u00e7in \u00f6nererek i\u00e7 t\u00fcketimi art\u0131rmak istiyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunda ya\u011f oran\u0131 yok denecek kadar az. Ailelere, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcz\u00fcm kadar leblebi de t\u00fcketmeye \u00f6zendirmelerini istiyoruz. \u0130yi bir protein kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l \u00fcretimdeki gerileme nedeniyle nohudun toptan kilogram fiyat\u0131n\u0131n 10 liraya ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu y\u0131l rakamlar\u0131n 6-7 liraya geriledi\u011fini anlatan Tefenlili, bu geli\u015fmenin market raf\u0131na da yans\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ge\u00e7en y\u0131l perakende olarak ortalama 15 liradan sat\u0131lan sar\u0131 leblebinin 10-11 lira seviyesine geriledi\u011fini aktard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
